    About this Site

    This site is about giving you the information you need to live without High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) in your life. Now, I want to say up front that I'm not a doctor. I have no formal health related education whatsoever. I'm an engineer and a guy who has lost 30 lbs. in the last three months by avoiding this toxin. I found that there was very little in the way of resources on the web to help navigate your way through the information. My goal with this site is to help get you started.you know what I'm talking about.
